From Architect to Therapist – My Journey to Traditional Chinese Medicine
“From architect to therapist—a journey back to inner strength, rooted in my Vietnamese heritage and connected through four languages.”
From architect to therapist
I am an architect—and a therapist. Two paths that have more in common than it seems: both involve using clarity and sensitivity to design spaces where people can feel comfortable—both inside and out.
Today, I help people with acupressure, Tuina massage and Qi Gong on their journey back to their own center. These methods from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) can be helpful, for example, with stress, sleep disorders, headaches or tension .
This journey continues: I am constantly deepening my knowledge of TCM, qigong, and bodywork—driven by a love of learning and a desire to respond to people with ever greater sensitivity.
A journey back to inner strength
My roots lie in Vietnam —and with them a quiet knowledge that I intuitively lived by as a child: I practiced qigong and kung fu for many years without knowing exactly why.
It wasn’t until I went through a period of health challenges that I truly returned to these Chinese practices and discovered Traditional Chinese Medicine. There, I rediscovered the inner strength of my roots—and developed a desire to guide people on their journey toward greater balance and wholeness.
In four languages for genuine connection
I am French, studied and lived in Germany, met my Mexican husband there, and have now been living in Switzerland for over ten years.
I speak German, English, French, and Spanish —not as an extra skill, but because multilingualism has always been part of my life.
These languages enable me to interact with people in a special way—and allow you to feel secure, understood, and fully seen during your treatment.
